We are currently looking for a Senior Accounting Coordinator to join our team. The Senior Accounting Coordinator is a key member of the finance team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating advanced accounting tasks. This role includes managing accounts payable and receivable processes, supporting month-end close activities & reporting. The Senior Accounting Coordinator ensures accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations, while also supporting office management functions as needed.
In this role, you can expect:?
Accounting Functions:

  • Oversee and manage the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
  • Assist with company billing cycle and invoice generation.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
  • Reconcile AP and AR ledgers, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports to support management decisions.
  • Ability to jump in on cross-functional projects and problems


Internal Controls and Compliance:

  • Assist with identifying and implementing improvements to internal controls and processes.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.


Our ideal candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on AP & AR.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take on new and appropriate tasks and projects with ease.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.


Salary: $65,000 - $80,000

  • Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
