Who You Are?

- Experienced in financial services, banking, brokerage, and electronic money sectors,

- Knowledgeable in tax legislation and capable of managing tax processes,

- Managed the entire accounting operation for at least one company,

- Experience with a Big Four firm, with a specialization in tax is a plus,

- Experienced in team management,

- Experience in R&D center of a technology firm is a plus,

- Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience,

- Proficient in English.

What You’ll Do?

- Managing daily accounting tasks, including month-end activities, accounts payable/receivable processes, general ledger reconciliations, and fixed asset activities for Papara and its group entities,

- Managing intercompany relations and flows between Papara and local & international entities,

- Managing all tax related matters of the company to ensure timely and proper tax filings,

- Initiating and executing projects to create efficient and aligned accounting & tax processes,

- Leading and coaching a team of accounting & tax professionals to ensure they achieve their full potential in a high-growth, agile fintech environment.
