As a Senior Accountant at Broadridge, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the seamless management and delivery of financial statements, compliance, and strategic financial guidance.
This position is pivotal to our global finance strategy, aligning financial goals with organizational objectives and driving business performance through insightful analysis and leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor members within the EMEA Financial Controllership team, fostering a high-performance culture and collaborative spirit.

Financial Statement Oversight: Oversee the preparation and completion of Annual Financial Statements for assigned legal entities, including managing statutory audits as required.

Monthly & Year-End Closings: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly management accounts under US GAAP and manage all aspects of month-end and year-end closing processes.

Journal Entry & Escalation Management: Review and approve Journal Entries in Oracle Fusion while serving as a point of escalation for complex accounting issues.

Financial Reporting & Tax Compliance: Conduct detailed balance sheet reviews, manage indirect tax reporting and filings, and collaborate with tax advisors to secure corporate tax compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with FP&A teams and senior finance leaders to interpret business performance, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive global process alignment initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A minimum of 4+ years of experience as an accountant with strong proficiency in US GAAP (or IFRS).

Proven ability to consistently deliver high levels of productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both finance personnel and key stakeholders.

Demonstrated capacity for process improvement and adeptness in handling complex financial situations.

Fluency in English with strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus.
