JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Corporation is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its Finance and Compensation team. Interested candidates should enjoy a fast-paced work environment and have an aptitude for multi-tasking. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work across teams. Primary responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end closing process, analyze accruals, review the P&L and explain variances for all payroll and equity transactions
- Coordinate and collect payroll data across business units to facilitate pay ratio study
- Prepare annual budgeting and forecasting cycle for Corporate Office Compensation
- Assist in the preparation of annual increase files for Corporate Office
- Support team with quarterly reconciliation including payroll taxes and pension payments
- Assist in the preparation of tables for proxy disclosures
- Manage and maintain SOX compliance in addition to internal and external audits requests
- Prepare and assist with payroll year-end reconciliations including W-2 reconciliations
- Maintain executive compensation payroll schedules
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of compensation meeting materials
- Support senior management with ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday HCM/financials preferred
- Prior experience with payroll and compensation preferred
- Public Accounting experience preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects
- Strong communication skills

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $85,000.00-102,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $70,800.00-85,000.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
