Our Finance Team develops cross-functional finance solutions that support the whole organization.
Our experts support the planning, prioritization, and implementation of daily and strategic initiatives and tasks, acting as business partners, an essential part of the Finance Team's role is also providing guidance on accounting or financial matters, sharing broad experience and an independent economic perspective.
👩💻👨💻What you’ll do:
- Perform the daily accounting activity in NetSuite
- Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing, assist with annual audit and investigate, and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
- Manage and improve our accounts receivable, prepare financial analyses and reports and prepare federal, state, local, and special tax returns
- Perform account reconciliations on a daily basis
- Continuously improve our accounting systems and procedures and performing other accounting duties as required
- Prepare financial reports
- Support with the automation of several processes within Finance and Accounting.

- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of tax laws, IFRS and GAAP
- Previous experience or strong knowledge of auditing and internal controls
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and the ability to work with big volumes of data in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Structured and detail-oriented work style
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Relevant visa or passport to work in Amsterdam, the Netherlands
- Experience in Payment industries (FinTech, BNPL) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is a plus
