Responsibilities:
DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY OPERATION
- Review Intercompany transactions.
- Work with Shared Service team overseas to resolve day-to-day issues and inquiries.
- Review expenses and accruals to ensure accurate booking.
- Prepare month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliation for USGAAP ledger.
- Reconcile import and export reports from Freight Forwarders with accounting entries.
- Understand the current work process and identify the areas for improvement.
TAX REPORTING
- Review monthly reports for Withholding Tax (PND. 3 & 53 and PND.54) and Value Added Tax Report (PP. 30, PP. 36).
- Assist Accounting Manager in preparing documents and reports related to Tax.
STATUTORY REPORTING
- Prepare monthly statutory balance sheet reconciliation for accounting manager’s review.
- Provide the information and reports requested by the auditors during the audit process.
- Work with other functions to provide the information for the audit process.
TREASURY
- Review cash forecast.
- Work with Global Treasury related to the funding.
ADHOC
- Support Global team on the projects related to GL, AR and Intercompany transactions.
- Participate in IT project implementation.
- Provide information and reports to the Revenue Department on any inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting with 3 years in GL function.
- Extensive knowledge of Accounting standards, Taxation and BOI is a plus.

- Good command in English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS office and ERP system.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
