The Role:
At Hogarth, we're looking for an experienced Account Group Head to join our vibrant and creative team! If you’re passionate about project management, building strong client relationships, and understanding marketing production across different platforms, we want to hear from you. In this role, you'll get the chance to work on exciting projects for some of the world’s biggest brands.
What You’ll Do:
Project Management and Delivery:
• Manage the full delivery of small to medium-sized marketing projects.
• Ensure everything is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Create and maintain project timelines, making sure they align with client expectations.
• Be hands-on with creative and adaptation projects/accounts.
• Collaborate with language PMs, production teams, agencies, and clients to keep things on track.
Client Relationship Management:
• Be the main point of contact for clients on your projects.
• Keep internal and external stakeholders happy by managing their expectations.
• Organize regular updates and communications with clients.
• Don’t be afraid to escalate things to senior managers when necessary.
Brief Management and Cost Estimation:
• Go through client briefs carefully and tackle any questions that pop up.
• Work closely with agencies, clients, and media teams to get clear on requirements.
• Ensure media plans match client needs.
• Suggest ways to adapt global campaign materials for local markets.
• Estimate effort required for tasks and keep an eye on project costs.
• Manage cost estimations using rate cards and get client/agency approvals.
• Adjust costs quickly if scope changes.
Production Brief Creation:
• Write clear and concise briefs for each task in the project management system.
• Make sure there’s no room for confusion or misinterpretation.
Presentation skills :
- You’ll need to be comfortable making and presenting ideas, updates, and results to both clients and internal teams.
Quality Control and Compliance:
• Review project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Make sure everything follows the client’s requirements and best practices.
Financial Management:
• Take ownership of project budgets, tracking costs as the project moves forward.
• Reconcile estimates to actuals and handle any budget discrepancies.
• Manage Purchase Orders and billing.
Process Optimization:
• Stay on top of best practices and processes to keep production efficient and high-quality.
• Be open to continuously improving workflows and enhancing overall quality.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Keep track of project profitability, on-time delivery, and turnaround time.
• Consolidate billing information and make sure invoicing is done according to process.
