As a Senior Account Manager at Stibo Systems, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our largest and most complex clients in the DACH region. Your primary focus will be on upselling and cross selling our software products to existing enterprise customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

The job
Your primary focus will be Key Account Management driving forward strategic and tactical customer revenue generating activities/projects, selling as a primary focus software licenses and advisory services delivered via Stibo Systems Professional Service organization.
In addition to your main duties, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and account management of Enterprise Customers within Stibo Systems DACH portfolio. Travelling to customers from time to time is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships as well as expanding relationship to relevant stakeholders within the key accounts.
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Stibo Systems' software products to existing clients.
- Customer Success: Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast sales and track key account metrics, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and feedback to the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product teams as well with our strategic Global Solution Integrators (GSI´s) and Technology Partners to ensure alignment and support for account growth initiatives.
Qualifications/Skills
- +10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in creating, managing and closing 7-digit deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Great network in industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, CPG, or Distribution.
- Expertise in value-based selling and various sales methodologies.
- Experience in PIM, (Multidomain) MDM, other Data Management solutions.
- Experience with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Technology Partners is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI use cases and capabilities in our core industries is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed.
