About the Role  

A Senior Account Manager role within a creative agency is to oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential.

Daily contact with client is a key part of the job, so offering new and forward-thinking ideas is essential to the productive communication process. Senior Account Manager will be expected to pitch ideas to clients, so a very confident and assertive attitude is necessary to promote the agency's ideas and benefits.

What You’ll Do 

  • Handles day to day administration of accounts (work flow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records, checking, etc) under the direction of Client Service Director and delights Clients with the accuracy and timeliness of work 
  • Develops a thorough understanding of brands
  • Learns & applies the principles of Brand Stewardship  
  • Write briefs under the supervision of the Client Service Director
  • Ensures that Clients are efficiently charged for the work that agency has performed 
  • Is Hungry to learn the business and apply that knowledge 
  • Develops a sense of ownership of and passion for all creative work on his assignments
  • Flourishes in the climate of creativity and innovation in the brand team
  • Accepts and implements new ways of working that allow the brand team to deliver quality work faster and cheaper
  • Talks up the accounts and the work
  • Works with peers across departments & disciplines to apply best account service practice

What You’ll Need  

  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • A solid background in advertising, design, and marketing
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  •  Excellent written and communication skill
  •  A keen attention to detail - most important
  •  Full awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platforms
