- To support Associate Account Director in day-to-day work.
- Best in class client relationship building, proactive, ‘can do’ attitude and seamless implementation
- Take responsibility for development, delivery and evaluation of projects working in conjunction with all functions
- Establish alternatives for brand/marketing communication, advertising strategy, shopper marketing, event and activations as well as production related work.
- Drive the development of new marketing communication and advertising strategy for products and programmes as well as the creation of new alternative offline revenue streams
- Regularly assessing performance of existing programs/solutions and finding new methods for increasing yield
- Liaising with brand teams from all agencies within the groupe to identify new business opportunities
- Working with creative to create marketing strategy roadmap for brands that meets new revenue targets
- Responsibility for key process improvement projects as agreed with Associate Account Director (e.g. Creative briefing process, financial tracking etc)
- Ensure account and project management are continually aligned
- Provide timely and consistent communication to associate account director and team about project status, profitability and people
- Develop strong relationships with all other parts of the business and raise profile within the agency
- Provide team with broader industry knowledge and specialism
- Collaborative partnerships with Project management team
- Identify continuously client’s needs and establish/present initial strategy alternatives accordingly
- Carry out shared values faithfully and play as a role model for junior members
- Present clear instructions, guidelines and prompt review to junior members
- Develop new clients and competition PT; support to create opportunity for competition PT
- In-charge of financial performance (P&L target) management; in charge of managing client’s billing and profit targets, and closely observe client’s financial security and report results
- Active participation in monthly team finance meetings in partnership with budget controller
Qualifications
A diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications
• Possess hybrid skills with knowledge in the event & activation, social and production would be a plus point
• Demonstrate high skill in client servicing and people management
• Strong project management skills and keen understanding of creative development process and budget control
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in managing campaigns in an integrated agency environment handling marketing /branding
• Proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches
• Strong understanding of how mobile is affecting the retail space and overall consumer journey
• Experience in consumer electronics/FMCG/ IT retail projects is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English
• Dedication to clients and team colleagues
• Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production
• Experience working in an integrated agency environment
