Summary:Be in charge of business growth in Taiwan with focus on consumer electronics / auto electronics / industrial electronics.

Responsibilities Include:

• Be in charge of business growth in Taiwan with focus on consumer electronics / auto electronics / industrial electronics

• Be a solution expert to manage business to grow and gain share in existing customers at providing high quality services such as order entry, product management, price and contract terms/conditions negotiation, material supply planning and management, specs-in product and customer relationship promotions.
• Be responsible for new customer development, new application development, and new product spec’d in. Working as the project owner to lead whole business process including identification of new target customers, lead specs-in process of product, reflect customer need on product to company and NPIs etc. at leverage company resources of Marketing, technology, and other support functions.  
• Work to develop & manage distribution channels to improve coverage, service level and competitiveness to grow end-user business. 
• Support marketing and technical team on market and competitors’ intelligence and customer promotion activities.
• Complete processes on e-System at company time requirement such as demand forecast update, call report update, opportunity input etc. 

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• More than three years working experience in adhesives, electronics materials etc.

• Proficient English in oral and written

• Good communication and influencing skills include listening skills

• Good customer skills and conflict handling skills

• Strong sense of ownership and high level of passion
