Berlin or Germany remote

This role is part of our Growth marketing team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communications that drives performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Douglas, Aldi, Smart, and more! Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines technology, creativity and data to really make our clients grow.

JOB PURPOSE

Then let your skills speak for themselves as a Senior Account Manager - Growth (div/f/m), where you will accompany our existing, and new, clients and finding innovative solutions to challenges.

This role will lead the strategy for the brands they lead and oversee the day-to-day delivery of that strategy, coordinating a team of subject-matter-experts including paid search, social, SEO, affiliates, programmatic, creative, data and CRM. This includes leading existing accounts and winning and onboarding new accounts. 

Candidates must have experience managing teams, new business and complex campaigns for brands. Essentially, we want those who see themselves as our collaborator first and less of an administrator. Sounds like you? Then you’re exactly what we’re looking for! 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive strategic and sustainable client development and have a significant influence on the company's growth;
  • Development, management and KPI-driven planning of complex digital client projects and journeys - you will not only focus on the profitability of your budgets;
  • Communicative interface between our existing clients on the one hand and our cross-functional teams of creatives and strategists on the other;
  • Presenting strategies, concepts and measures to clients and identifying unused potential.
  • Coordinate a team of specialists to deliver against briefs to the highest standards 
  • Work on new business pitches as part of a wider pitch team
  • Onboard new DEPT® clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Develop annual strategies, identifying priorities for the year for clients
  • Oversee, project manage and work with teams to develop brilliant digital campaigns 
  • Manage deliverables from across the business (creative, technology, media, data)
  • Ensure delivery of work is to the highest possible standard
  • Ensure constant innovation across all deliverables
  • Manage budgets for campaigns and always-on activity
  • Manage client budgeting and account profitability 
  • Manage relationships with clients
  • Seek new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Present work internally and externally

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have many years of professional experience in managing projects with six-figure annual budgets in digital marketing.
  • You’re driven by insights and analyses and build your strategies comprehensively and logically on them
  • You have a very good understanding of digital marketing mechanisms
  • You enjoy providing strategic advice to clients and are successful at selling your expertise profitably
  • You are enthusiastic about current digital industry discussions and trends
  • You are able to present your complex strategic ideas clearly on slides
  • Can give clear instructions for future actions because you have a very good understanding of reporting and analysis.
