As Senior Account Executive, your main focus is to engage with potential customers to generate leads and convert opportunities for the BoxCast OTT product. You’ll be solely responsible for interacting with key accounts and closing large enterprise deals that take an extensive understanding of OTT technology and sales proficiency. You will also be responsible for pipeline, task and proposal management, forecasting, and revenue generation, significantly contributing to BoxCast revenue growth.

What You'll Do


  • Prospecting, Lead Generation, and Pipeline Management:

  • Sell BoxCast Streaming and OTT services to “Enterprise” prospects
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Rev Ops teams to research and identify potential prospects
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Develop targeted lists of decision-makers within ideal customer profile companies
  • Track all sales activities and prospect interactions 
  • Update and maintain accurate sales pipeline data
  • Sales Outreach and Communication:

  • Execute high-volume outbound calls and emails to potential customers
  • Craft personalized, compelling sales messages and value propositions
  • Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple channels
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and discovery calls
  • Product Knowledge & Presentation:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's SaaS solution and its benefits
  • Effectively communicate product value proposition to various stakeholders
  • Conduct engaging online product demonstrations
  • Address technical questions and handle objections professionally
  • Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Partner with sales engineers or solution consultants for technical demonstrations
  • Provide regular updates to sales management on pipeline status
  • Share market intelligence and competitor information with relevant teams
  • Professional Development:

  • Participate in ongoing sales training and product education
  • Stay current with industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Contribute to team meetings and share best practices

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of B2B software or technology sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing sales with average contract values above $20k/year
  • Consistent achievement of annual quotas (typically $250k+ ARR)
  • Technical & Business Acumen:

  • Ability to have C-level conversations about business value and ROI
  • Experience with solution selling and business case development
  • Familiarity with common enterprise procurement processes
  • Sales Methodology & Process:

  • Deep experience with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.)
  • Proven account planning and territory management skills
  • Strong discovery and qualification abilities
  • Experience building and executing account-based selling strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Relationship Building & Communication:

  • Executive presence and ability to engage at C-suite level
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Experience leading enterprise-level contract negotiations
  • Proven ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent written communication for high-stakes proposals
  • Industry Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of enterprise business processes and buying patterns
  • Ability to speak to industry-specific pain points and solutions
