Join our dedicated Sales team at Textio as a Senior Account Executive. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth. As a hardworking Senior Account Executive, you will have a meaningful role in advancing our mission through effective strategies and impeccable execution. Who you are:

  • Execution Oriented: You are a full stack Account Executive with a proven track record in high growth SaaS startup environments. You focus on results and consistently meet or exceed your sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial: You approach your Account Executive role as if you are running your own business within an organization. You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable building and refining processes in a startup environment.
  • Resourceful: You find creative solutions to building your business and closing revenue. You are experienced in pipeline generation and closing revenue.
  • Growth-Oriented: You never settle. You are eager to seek feedback and find development opportunities.
  • Consultative: You have a strong background in HR Tech or related space, you demonstrate a deep understanding of the customer pain and you align the product value proposition around them.
  • Resilient: You remain solution oriented under pressure and bounce back from setbacks. You adapt your sales strategies in response to the market, customer feedback and company goals.
  • Adaptable: You are self-directed and resourceful, with clear and compelling communication skills, fueled by a passion for innovation and teamwork.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, qualify, present, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Driving Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and effectively positioning our product as the ideal solution.
  • Impeccable Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track activity and progress.
  • Demonstrating Product Expertise: Quickly learn and articulate Textio’s value proposition, features, and benefits and articulating it to different stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Developing a Feedback Loop: Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams to support product development and marketing strategies.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a low ego but a strong point of view.
  • Have a proven track record in a SaaS environments, with at least 5 years of experience
  • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Have a strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies (i.e.: MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sale)
  • Have outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Have experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Are highly motivated and dedicated.
  • Thrive in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

The base salary for this role is 125k and the OTE is 125k. We will share more information on benefits and equity upon request. Disclosure according to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
