The pay range is $128,000.00 - $231,000.00
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The Senior Account Executive, Search & Performance, Partner Solutions, Roundel works with the world’s most recognized brands and agencies in the industry. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape the future of performance media at Roundel. You will focus on strategic growth opportunities that enable the broader sales team to drive incremental Target Product Ads revenue. Your leadership as a trusted partner coupled with acute knowledge of performance media industry will establish new opportunities to secure incremental funding.
Primary responsibilities include:

You will consult with internal partners to advance Target Product Ads capabilities and strategies, prioritizing client feedback to inform direction;

You will develop and implement scalable selling strategies and stories to your pyramid and clients;

Act as a consultant and client advocate to provide solutions that deliver on client needs;

Deliver impactful client presentations and education;
-
You will stay up to date on industry trends both in the retail and digital advertising landscape, looking for opportunities that will deliver incremental value to clients.

You will partner closely with various cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Performance & Insights, Analytics, Product and Go-to-Market, to deliver and execute effective results;

Provide weekly updates, pacing, and revenue forecasts to Roundel Leadership;

About you:

Bachelor’s degree;
-
6+ years of performance media sales, agency and/or marketing experience;

Proven track record of revenue growth and accountability for sales revenue of $5M+;

Extensive knowledge of the performance media environment, trends/technologies, and agency landscape;

Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and identify opportunities;
-
Strong, succinct communicator that understands individual audience needs and tailors the message;

Thrives in ambiguity and able to flex with changing priorities;

Great partner and collaborator with cross functional teams;
-
Must be willing to travel as necessary for maximum client and/or agency coverage.
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
