About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has opened to join the brilliant, award winning AV investment team at MGOMD, as the AV Senior Executive. Within this role, you will be working alongside an AV Manager and AV Account Director on some of our exciting clients, supporting an Account Director in delivering profitable and innovative AV campaigns. Across this account you will be expected to work closely within your team and alongside the client planning team. You will be involved in all aspects of the AV planning and buying process including TV, VOD, SVOD, Cinema and Radio

About You: 

To be considered for this role you'll posses the following:

• Strong AV administrative skills and be able to support the team in all aspects of setting up and buying a TV campaign, including setting them up in our finance system (Media Ocean), selecting PYO’s, sending turn arounds, tracking delivery and negotiating with sales houses to secure the best airtime.

• You will be able to demonstrate a degree of autonomy on allocated accounts – including strong communication skills internally/externally.

 • You will need great attention to detail to monitor and stay on top of fluctuating pricing and ratings performance to ensure that campaigns are bought in-line with plans. These should be communicated to your team proactively.

• Keep accurate records of campaigns bought, enabling a smooth reconciliation process.

• Be responsible for accurate pre, mid and post campaign updates. Ensuring that all delivery reports are accurate. Part of this process will include presenting back to the client and client team.

• Reporting accurately on post campaign performance, using all the relevant tools, to provide econometrics, PCA’s and any other client bespoke reporting.
