Managing the cross-channel communications for TCCC’s full portfolio of brands, you’ll be integral to ensuring and building on the success of our partnership. Role Summary:
As part of the Production Senior Account Leadership team, this role offers the unique opportunity to work on the largest total beverage company in the world, managing the production scope for the Asean South Pacific (ASP) region, working with a diverse set of clients and seeing projects through end-to- end.
This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the TCCC account with focus on delivering excellency in production quality and high levels of client service.
Reporting lines and critical stakeholders
This role reports to the Business Director (based in Singapore) and will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Oversee the team in their day to day contact for agency/ client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments
- Coordination between Project/ Transcreation Management, Hogarth, client and agencies
- Strive to better client and stakeholder relations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders
- Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery
- Demonstrate clear understanding of the brand
- Highlight and escalate quality control issues
- Distribute contact reports and agendas
- Manage agreed budgets and administration
- Prepare accurate cost estimates against the rate card
- Accountable for all financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function
- Proven ability to make informed decisions and problem-solve based on sound knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a video, print or digital production role essential
- Proven experience in primary and post production (e.g. shoots, post work process and etc)
- Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
- High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
- Strong numeracy skills
- Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Fluent in English and other languages desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail orientated, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
