Are you passionate about supporting seller success in a marketplace?

As a seller success manager, you are responsible for fostering growth within a portfolio of sellers across specific product categories. The successful candidates will assist sellers in adapting to our unique platform services and regulations while collaborating to maintain a consistent promotional strategy that aligns with Best Buy Canada’s ambitious growth objectives.

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate directly with key sellers on assigned categories to develop and execute quarterly and annual strategies.
  • Provide category and store insights for continuous revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the seller success team on marketing strategies to boost Seller GMV and meet Best Buy ecomm goals.
  • Achieve targets for Sellers and accountable categories (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Identify and recommend solutions for process or technology improvements.
  • Lead projects that ensure long-term team success and oversee project management decisions.

What we need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, tenacity, collaboration skills, and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to lead projects and initiatives on behalf of the team.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Annualized base pay range

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00This role has a bonus component on top of the salary range

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
