Summary
Leader Bank is seeking an experienced service representative to support the Solutions Desk for the securities-based lending (SBL) business, which allows clients to borrow against the value of qualifying pledged securities in eligible brokerage account(s).
Responsibilities

  • Understand the full SBL product offering and lifecycle, and help develop related solutions procedures and communications.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to customers and financial representatives by coordinating across various departments.
  • Support the Credit Risk and Operations team by handling issues related to loan applications and existing lines of credit.
  • Perform outbound communications at the direction of other departments for purposes of obtaining additional client information.
  • Help with management and resolution of collateral maintenance calls.
  • Conduct oversight and reporting duties as required, including preparation of any regulatory or management reporting.
  • Present analysis and proposals around servicing improvements to senior leadership.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed to support a growing business line.


    Qualifications

    • Must be a proactive self-starter, willing to take accountability and support the development and expansion of a fairly new business line.
    • Client-centric individual, capable of working in a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise prudent judgment making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Previous experience in a client service role with securities-based lending.
