ROLE SUMMARY:
We are currently hiring for multiple positions as we prepare for our busy production season ahead (May 1st - September 30th). Training will begin in early April. Required to attend orientation (Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 3:00pm).
Seasonals are a vital piece of the Supply organization within Anheuser Busch. Brewing Seasonals help pump out the volume working with high speed, auto mated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. As a Brewing Seasonals in the Brewing Department, you will be expected to perform all of the same tasks and responsibilities of a regular, full-time employee. Brewing Seasonals are a critical part of our workforce, by monitoring quality, interpreting data, and improving upon processes to ensure we’re operating the best we can over the weekends.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coach and lead team of hourly operators to drive line KPIs
-
Partner with operators by using problem solving methodologies to eliminate failures in packaging department equipment and processes
-
Develop, monitor, and maintain reaction plans to assist operators in responding to faults or deviations in their area
-
Lead process improvement initiatives and instigate change
-
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and updated
-
Monitor operating processes and equipment while responding to on shift issues
-
Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools to achieve critical metric targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, GAP analysis, MCRS meeting schedules and action logs, SDCA cycles, etc.).

Provide technical leadership to solve medium to long range process based problems in Logistics

Execute on various target, KPI and staff initiatives to drive improvement objectives

Develop, Document, & Implement process improvements to make the Brewery teams more effective and efficient

Support Logistics project roll-out, team implementation and optimization
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related subject area
-
Proven leadership ability, and change management experience
-
Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation

Technical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems

Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays
-
Ability to relocate within the U.S. preferred for advancement
