NOTE: The Seasonal period runs from May 1st to September 30th, 2025. Seasonal employees must be available for an orientation week. Training may start before May 1st. Orientation will take place 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday -Friday. Seasonal employees must also be available to train 40 hrs/week for at least 3 weeks after orientation. Training can be completed on any shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Seasonal employees can work up to 1,000 hours between May 1st to September 30th, 2025.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Seasonal Operators at Anheuser-Busch train and work beside fulltime operators in a manufacturing environment during the busiest months of the year.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and operate high-speeded production equipment and/or complex brewing systems with attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Perform industrial cleaning of production lines, production work areas or other parts of the facility to maintain strict food plant sanitation standards

Perform process quality control checks and work on a team

Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Reaction Plans and sanitation practices are followed at all times

Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, in order to load, unload, and/or transport packaging materials, raw materials, and finish products
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s Degree Preferred

High School Diploma or GED Required and at least 18 years of age

Must be willing and able to work any weekday or weekend shift (midnights or afternoons) for the duration of the Seasonal period. Must be willing to work at least 8 hours at a time, but up to 12 hours at a time; at least 5 days per week but up to 7 days per week

Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates; likely very hot, humid summer conditions

Must be able to continuously stand, bend twist and lift items up to 50 lbs

Production, manufacturing or warehouse experience, including fork-truck certification, preferred
