What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly experienced SDE 4 - Senior Frontend Engineer with 10-12 years of industry experience to lead our mobile application development efforts. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on architecture, performance, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Architect React Native applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance.
- Optimize app performance, addressing bottlenecks, crashes, and inefficiencies across multiple devices.
- Handle complex UI/UX implementations, ensuring pixel-perfect execution aligned with design specifications.
- Mentor and guide frontend engineers, fostering technical excellence and best practices.
- Ensure code quality & documentation, enforcing clean architecture principles and coding standards.
- Drive technical ownership & accountability, making strategic frontend decisions and leading development efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align on business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and advancements in mobile application development.
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of software development experience, with a focus on frontend architecture and mobile applications.
- Expertise in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and RESTful APIs.
- Proven experience in architecting, scaling, and optimizing high-performance applications.
- Strong understanding of native mobile development (Android/iOS) and performance testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, offline storage, and data request models.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Gradle).
- Experience with Jest, Detox, or other testing frameworks.
- Exposure to generative AI tools, fintech, or gaming platforms.
