Scrum Master/IT Project Manager

TBC Bank Group PLC established Space International with the strategic aim of facilitating the group's global expansion efforts. In 2018, the team successfully introduced the pioneering neobank, Space, in Georgia. Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.

Presently, a dedicated team of 1,700 professionals representing 17 nationalities collaborates to advance TBC's international presence. Space International spearheads the provision of cutting-edge technologies and top-tier professional services, while the local teams at Payme and TBC Uzbekistan drive sustained growth and operational excellence.

We are looking for talented individuals with Scrum Master/IT Project Manager experience to join our team.

Primary Focus: 

• Is responsible for coaching Team Members to understand Scrum Theory, Practices, Principles, and Values; Helps the scrum team achieve higher levels of Scrum and Agile Maturity
• Ensures that the Scrum Process and Ways of Working works well and properly
• Facilitates Scrum Events and other meetings as needed independently, e.g. product backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective and etc; (Agenda, Meeting Goal and outcomes (Meeting Notes) should be determined. Time-Management - keep meetings on schedule, ensuring agenda is covered
• Builds a trustful and Safe Environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged
• Is focused on Team Level continuous improvement of results, Processes and Performance; Determine gaps and gather feedback from retrospectives to identify areas for improvement
• Ensures the Team understands the Value of Initiative/Objective that are working on
• Is responsible for early determination of conflicts and Impediments
• Tracks key Performance Metrics like velocity, Team Capacity and other Team Progress Reports
• Supports PO and Senior Scrum Master in Quarter Plannings
• Ensures the Vacations and Days-Offs are agreed in The Team and recorded
• Maintains and updating the Team Release Plan + Capacity Planning
• Ensures the Team is following Release Timelines
• Collaborates with the Dev Team and PO to ensure the timely completion of Tasks; Ensuring and tracking On-Time Delivery

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of Working experience as Scrum Master or in similar field
• Deeper familiarity with Agile principles/Practices, and frameworks (Especially Scrum, and XP), having applied them in various projects
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Knowledge of Jira (Management Daily Tasks, Creating Report and Dashboards), Confluence, Miro and etc
• Excellent Understanding of SDLC Cycle
• Strong communication, leadership, conflict resolution and time management skills
• Analytical skills to be able to solve problems and remove impediments
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching and Collaborating
• Confidence in English & Russian language
