Key Responsibilities
- Removes impediments and serves as a servant leader.

- Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings. Know and understand the Scrum process and your role within it.

- Actively participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice by sharing experiences and/or demonstrating techniques to advance maturity to the community. Supports delivery of Stories and Features at the local team level
- Proactively identifies impediments and appropriately resolves using network of peers and formal channels (including escalation if required)
- Introduces new and advanced practices to improve the team and their delivery throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Displays ability to work in a DevOps environment
- Provides visibility into delivery targets, commitments and progress
- Highly organized with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks as well as clarify goals and actions to achieve tasks.
- Agile & Technical Learning: Actively seeks and participates in a variety of learning opportunities such as Communities of Practice, classroom training and independent study to further develop self and community.
Qualifications
- A four year degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years direct experience in working in an agile methodology as a Scrum Master or Agile team member
- Proven experience bringing at least 1-3 teams to agile maturity and 1 or more projects/products
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Can foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels
- Ability to act as an effective team member
- Possess emerging coaching skills and may coach other team members
- Must be comfortable working remotely and lack of face to face time with colleagues and managers
- Analytical and conceptual skills
