M9 Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master to work hybrid remote/on-site on a government contract for a client located in Rosslyn (Arlington), VA. An active Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of an engineering and analytics team using Scaled Agile.
- Work in partnership with the team delivery leads to help realize project goals.
- Coach and mentor the Scrum Team, removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand.
- Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support preparation and participation in ART and program-wide agile ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, system demos, and feature acceptance.
- Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance.
- Some experience with Scrum methodology.
- Some experience with Agile methodology.
- Experience in Azure DevOps is strongly desired.

Salary Range
$60,000—$180,000 USD
