We're seeking a Scrum Master to strengthen our organization. Are you someone that gets energized by guiding teams through the projects, ensuring effective team dynamics and cross-functional collaboration? You might be our perfect candidate!

Your challenge

• As the Scrum Master, you facilitate Scrum collaborations. This means you facilitate and organize the daily stand-up meetings, the retrospectives, the demo sessions for the stakeholders, the quarterly planning (QAP) sessions, and any Scrum events requested by the Scrum team members. This is the way to get hands-on updates of the project status, to quickly address potential impediments, adapting practices if necessary, and to link the team’s activity with the backlog. You help them achieve this in a safe and trusting environment. 
• You enable process improvements: you enable the Scrum team(s) to devise a process that let them complete their sprint goals, introducing innovative games/experiments to increase productivity and involvement.
• To avoid any delay on Agile deliveries, you ensure proper coordination and planning of external dependencies, such as infrastructure and suppliers, and shield the team members from distractions.

Your interest and skills

• You are knowledgeable on Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, XP, etc.) and have experience driving Agile scrum teams to successful deliveries.
• You know how to encourage self-organization within the team and to empower team members to make important decisions to improve their collaboration on the project and maximize the team’s potential.
• You are a good listener who pays attention to the challenges faced by the team.
• You are known by your excellent communication and servant leadership skills, next to strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• You're fluent in English.
