About the Role:
Madison Logic is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company in developing cutting-edge solutions for B2B marketing. In this role, you will work closely with industry experts to drive the development of innovative products that align with our mission to revolutionize Account Based Marketing. As a key leader, you will collaborate with executives, engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver data-driven solutions that establish Madison Logic as a leader in ABM intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and roles, ensuring alignment with the Scrum framework.
- Support teams in identifying and removing impediments to enhance productivity and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
- Promote a culture of agility, collaboration and trust within the team and across the organization.
- Own and standardize metrics to monitor team performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the scaling Agile practices across the organization.
- Help teams mature in their Agile journey by introducing advanced practices and techniques as appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and organizational standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to work the GMT Shift Timing (11:00am – 8:00pm) Local Time and lead a biweekly 11:30pm IST call
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working with multiple engineering teams.
- Developer-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports and dashboards.
- Strong data analytics, reporting and database experience (SQL preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities.
- Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement.

Work Environment:
We offer a mix of in-office and hybrid working. Hybrid remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Where applicable, hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. Please inquire for more details.

Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
