You’ll Work On:
- Culturing chondrocytes (2D + 3D Osteoarthritis models)
- Running core assays: qPCR, ELISA, flow cytometry, fluorescent microscopy, etc.
- Building and validating platform in-vitro models in conjunction with our in-silico platform
- Data analysis, literature reviews, and assistance with creating scientific decks
- Working with CROs for in-vivo studies
You:
- Must have 4+ years with mammalian cell culture (industry or academic)
- Must have 2+ years of R&D side industry experience (CRO/preclinical discovery heavily preferred) OR 2+ years experience at cartilage, tissue engineering, inflammatory disease, or cancer biology academic lab
- Must have deep familiarity with OA, chondrocytes, cartilage regeneration, or cytokine biology
- Must have extensive hands-on with ELISA, qPCR, and other cell-based assays
- Bonus: Experience with recombinant proteins, bioreactors, MSCs, or synthetic biology
- Bonus: ML and computational experience
- Bold scientific vision and ambitions to shape and commercialize novel technology
