We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join our Research team within Regeneron Cell Medicine. You will help support our automation pipeline to drive medium to high throughput CAR-T and TCR binder triage and binder optimization experiments forward. As a Scientist, a typical day might include:

Using Hamilton Vantage liquid handlers to drive medium to small scale T-Cell expansions

Designing and cloning CAR/TCR constructs into lentiviral vectors
-
Generating LVV in a high throughput manner to drive binder triage experiment
-
Engineering T cells with CARs or TCRs using lentiviral vectors
-
Performing in-vitro immunological assays such as T-Cell cocultures, cytotoxicity, and immunophenotyping by flow cytometry

Assisting in the development of an improved TCR based off target derisking platform utilizing cell-based assays

Setting up and performing in depth characterization of binders utilizing a variety of methods
-
Culturing and maintaining tumor cell lines, including the production and engineering of overexpression and knockout cell lines

Compiling, tracking, and visualizing multiple readouts from various immunological assays for presentations and to drive data-based decision making

In order to be considered for this role, you must have a B.S or M.S. in Science/Engineering or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience. Must have experience working with automated liquid handlers (Hamilton, Tecan, etc.). Experience with Python or R is preferred. Knowledge of Hamilton GUI guided workflow language is advantageous. Must have experience with cell culture. Experience with protein-based techniques such as Biacore is preferred.
