Responsibilities and Duties
The Belmont is seeking compassionate QMA or LPN who wants to make a difference and be part of a team who excels to succeed. Candidates who can perform the following need apply:
- Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff
- Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained
- Replace staff call-ins and call-offs
- Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing
- Coordinate records of absenteesim, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll depart.
- Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areas
- Nursing floor duties as allowed
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified Medical Aide (QMA) or LPN in the state of Indiana.
