The Scheduler is responsible for creating work orders, expediting and following up on production priorities, as well as creating, managing and strictly following regular schedules They will work alongside various upper management and internal personnel to create efficient plans for miscellaneous projects and overall work.

General Responsibilities
• Supports the planning & scheduling of raw materials for production
• Monitors supplier delivery performance against materials schedule
• Create work orders, review messages, expedite and follow up production priorities and regular schedules
• Coordinates the internal processing and movement of materials from stores to the production line to meet manufacturing schedule requirements
• Organizes / tracks of shipments for dispatch from the supply base to ensure on time delivery at the plant
• Maintains an optimum level of finished product inventory, ensuring the level of service required by the client
• Complies with Sarbox controls throughout the organization to ensure compliance and escalate any non-conformities
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
