JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in deploying and configuring SCCM infrastructure components, including site servers, distribution points, and client agents.
- Collaborate with the SCCM Supervisor to package, test, and deploy software applications, updates, and patches to endpoints across the organization.
- Support OS deployment tasks, including image creation, task sequence configuration, and deployment troubleshooting.
- Assist in managing SCCM client settings, client health, and troubleshooting client-related issues.
- Aid in the implementation and management of patching strategies, including testing, deploying, and monitoring software updates.
- Assist in generating reports and monitoring SCCM environment health and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of SCCM configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding SCCM-related inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure SCCM aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and SCCM advancements through self-study, training sessions, and certifications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of experience is a technical area like desktop support, system administration or similar.
- 1-2 years of experience working with SCCM in a professional environment.
- Understanding of SCCM infrastructure components, software deployment methodologies, and OS deployment processes.
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in IT technologies.
