HOW YOU’LL CRUSH IN THIS ROLE

High-Volume Account Management:

  • Collaborate with account teams to ensure smooth, seamless customer onboarding like a pro.
  • Shepherd project progress using one-to-many tactics—because efficiency is your middle name.
  • Keep customers happy and coming back for more, with crystal-clear communication and lightning-fast issue resolution.


Scaled Retention:

  • Retain and protect existing revenue with your expert care.
  • Be the ultimate brand advocate, solving clients’ swag needs like a boss.
  • Deliver massive value at scale, while making sure clients stay satisfied—and loyal.


Scaled Growth:

  • Sniff out growth opportunities like a champion truffle-hunting pig.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and take our customers' spend to new heights.
  • Convert high-volume, low-touch clients into high-value program partners.
  • Develop and execute scaled growth strategies for high volume book of business.


 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management (bonus points if you’ve wrangled a high-volume book of business).
  • A proven track record of smashing performance goals.
  • HubSpot wizardry, especially with sequences and playbooks (you practically breathe automation).
  • Knowledge of the secret word (psst... it’s “Zinger”)
  • Relationship-building skills so strong, even your LinkedIn connections send you Christmas cards.
  • Master multitasker with an eagle eye for details and the strategic chops to back it up.
  • Customer strategy ninjitsu—you proactively craft, execute, and fine-tune scaled strategies to ensure clients en masse not only hit their goals but crush them. Their success is your success.
  • Communication skills that make people stop, listen, and say, “Wow!”


 

COMPENSATION 
$70,000 annual plus bonus potential. OTE $110,000+
