This role is based in New York, San Francisco or Remote.

                                     

About the Role

As a Scaled Account Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing key 1:1 relationships with top creators while also driving account management at scale. You will act as both a trusted advisor to a few high-impact creators and scaling your expertise to all of our creators, helping maximize scaled creator success on Patreon through your thought leadership, one-time consultations, webinars, newsletters, and programmatic outreach.

This role requires a hybrid approach, balancing traditional 1:1 engagement with executing scalable strategies to increase growth and product adoption across a broader segment of Patreon’s creator base. You’ll also play a key role in shaping Patreon’s scaled account management strategy, surfacing insights that inform product development, growth strategies, and retention efforts.

This is an exciting opportunity to be the first scaled account manager at Patreon, helping to test and refine the best strategies for creator growth and retention as we grow our efforts in this space. 

About You

  • You have experience in scaled account management, working directly with top creators to drive growth, retention, and product adoption.

  • You thrive in both 1:1 relationship management and short-term strategic consultations, helping creators unlock new opportunities on Patreon.

  • You are comfortable executing programmatic engagement strategies, such as newsletters, webinars, and automated outreach programs, to support a large creator base.

  • You bring a strategic mindset, identifying opportunities to increase creator revenue through data-backed recommendations.

  • You enjoy experimenting with different engagement strategies, testing and iterating to find what resonates most with creators.

  • You are eager to help shape Patreon’s approach to scaled account management, being the first hire in this function and defining best practices.

  • You may have experience managing offshore AMs or external vendors, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of scaled programs.
