Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Fresher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our SAP OTC processes, ensuring efficient order management, and facilitating smooth transactions from order creation to cash receipt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of order management processes using SAP systems.
- Support the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle, including order processing, delivery, invoicing, and payment receipt.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to pricing, order fulfillment, and customer inquiries.
- Participate in SAP OTC testing and troubleshooting activities to ensure system functionality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and transactions related to the OTC cycle.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide support in generating reports and analyzing data related to order management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of SAP ERP systems, particularly in OTC processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
