Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our SAP RTR (Record to Report) team. As a fresher in this role, you will be trained to assist in the management of financial transactions and reporting processes through SAP systems. This position is ideal for candidates looking to kickstart their career in finance and accounting within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding and supporting the month-end closing processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Participating in data entry and validation in the SAP system.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Learning and applying SAP RTR best practices to enhance process efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
