Job Description
Tasks:
- Managing projects of SAP S/4 HANA implementation in Europe
- Budget planning
- Coordination of different EU regional organizations
- Implementing the strategic directions of the Business Units of Robert Bosch
- Monitoring progress against the plan and initiating necessary corrective action
- Resolving issues and solving problems throughout the project life cycle
- Ensuring timely completion of project deliverables
- Being flexible and open to learn new things
Qualifications
Profile:
- Successfully completed university studies
- Proven experience managing SAP projects
- Ability to work S4 environment
- Knowledge of industry best practices for project management, change management and business case development, with the ability to apply best practices
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skill
- Ability to identify key issues and to carry forward an idea or project from conception to execution
- Organizational skills and demonstrated capacity to develop and implement practical strategies, plans, and solutions to identified issues and problems
- Working knowledge of English necessary for daily work
