About the team:
PT/LOG is the central logistics department of Bosch Power Tools. We have logistics governance function to ensure standards across the different PT business units. In addition we over service to the PT business units to create synergies.
Job Description
► Take over a role as global Process Expert and SAP In-house Consultant in Logistics with focus on supporting rollouts of S/4 HANA for the Power Tools Division
► Focus on outbound logistics processes of manufacturing locations worldwide, covering processes like customer order processing, shipping and invoicing of finished products with internal production or via external replenishment (multi-party-business)
► Support SAP rollouts / migrations to S/4 HANA in defined rollout teams by defining business requirements, documenting processes, conducting tests, supporting key user trainings as well as providing user and process documentations in the current SAP and the future S/4 HANA environment
► Training and coaching of user departments & external partners on how to apply standard processes, considering local business requirements in order to optimize the business benefit.
► Support improvement projects in cooperation with our IT-service providers, user departments and our suppliers.
► Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment.
Qualifications
► Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain Management
► Minimum 3 years of work experience in consulting or industry
► Extensive business experience in dispatch processes
► Advanced knowledge in SD and LE (MM and/or EDI interface is an advantage)
► Experience in SAP implementation projects (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant)
► Ability to analyze, define, implement, change and document processes and present them towards stakeholders
► Ability to work in an international and intercultural environment, willingness for travels
► Good communication skills, good team player, fluent in English
