Coperion is now hiring an SAP Order Managment Specialist to support our team in Kansas City, MO.
You will oversee SAP order management and perform administrative tasks to support the Senior Director of Global Project Management and Automation, as well as Project Managers.
Work You’ll Do:
Scheduling support, event coordination, compiling data and documents, distributing group information. General group task support.
Order entry of PM&A department sales and change orders
Org Backlog (New): 8-10 per month
Change orders: 30-50 per month
EQ Bookings – temp bookings: 5-10 per month
Misc project activities
Respond to rep commission requests
Shipping address changes
Update PMC Database (all new/change orders)
Complete form for bill to and ship to’s and forward to the appropriate persons.
Log all activities in the Bookings Report
Reconcile and code monthly Mastercard statement
Complete the PMC Dashboard – every Monday.
Misc ordering – Lunches, flowers and misc.
Process Controls bookings
New Bookings: 20 per month
Compile pdf packet and forward to the appropriate persons
Log in Bookings Report
Field Service Bookings
Set up all field service trips: 5 per month
Forward invoicing packet from Service Rep to Accounts Receivable for invoicing after trip is complete.
Log all trips in the Bookings Report
Complete weekly warranty report
Sales Quotation Tool Updating
Forward all quotes for PMC to the Project Managers as requested.
Go into outstanding PMC quotes and add the quote number that you set up for booking, the sales order# and the file# that was also set up for booking.
Qualifications:
Minimum five (5) years administrative support experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
We strongly prefer candidates with experience in SAP
Knowledge of general accounting procedures and strong communication skills are required
Administrative experience in a technical, purchasing or engineering or construction environment preferred
