Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Logistics System Architect to lead logistics and supply chain solutions within a leading life sciences organization. This role will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Logistics solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics processes and a proven track record of leading SAP projects in complex environments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP Logistics solutions within the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand logistics and supply chain requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for SAP Logistics implementation, including system architecture, integration, and best practices.
• Ensure SAP Logistics configurations comply with industry regulations and operational standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP MM, SD, WM, and EWM teams, to ensure seamless integration.
• Drive continuous improvements and system enhancements for better efficiency and performance.
• Lead testing, validation, and documentation efforts to support compliance and business continuity.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Logistics, advising on industry trends and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP, with a strong focus on SAP Logistics and related modules.
• Proven expertise in leading SAP Logistics implementations, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
• In-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain processes in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (MM, SD, WM, EWM, TM).
• Proficiency in SAP modules, including Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM).
• Experience with regulatory compliance and logistics governance in SAP environments.
• Ability to lead and manage project teams, providing technical and strategic guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
