Nagarro's global SAP business unit is a leading IT full-service provider for critical business applications and complex ERP landscapes in digital transformation. We advise our customers on IT strategy and processes, implement and operate systems including the associated support and maintenance. Job Description
- Nagarro uses the SAP Signavio tool to support process management. In addition to documenting processes, the analysis tools offered can be used to uncover and develop optimization potential.
- Nagarro's consulting approach covers a wide range of services, from the analysis of existing SAP processes to their optimization. With the help of customer workshops, processes are compared with SAP standards or newly documented.
- For this purpose, service packages are put together/optimized using the SAP Signavio product portfolio.
- The day-to-day work will include
- Customer workshops/customer activities on the topic of process consulting/optimization (remote & on-site) for new and existing customers.
- The expansion of the existing service portfolio of the consulting approach.
- Supporting the marketing of the Nagarro consulting approach and its global integration.
- Day-to-day business is characterized by close cooperation with Nagarro´s process management experts.
Qualifications
- You have a degree, ideally in the field of business informatics.
- Alternatively, you have completed training with several years (at least 3 years) of professional experience in a comparable function or practical application in the field of business process management.
- You are flexible, assertive and enjoy communicating with different stakeholder groups.
- You are a team player, communicative and independent.
- You are experienced in using MS Office applications.
- German and English as working languages are no problem for you.
