Job Description
Efficient and seamlessly integrated processes are crucial for the global Brainlab organization. Our SAP team supports the various departments in optimizing their processes. As a Business Application Engineer, you play a vital role in continuous improvement by analyzing stakeholder requirements, developing sustainable solutions and implementing them into our HR applications. Your job is to support internal HR process optimizations, involving several aspects of business applications, such as the following:
- Design and implementation of our future HR application landscape
- Consult on improvement of HR applications
- Consolidate and evaluate process improvement feedback from all peers
- Specify the technical design of processes, interfaces and external development
- Implement the solution in business applications
- Test and document the implemented solutions
- Train users on new processes
- Define a suitable roles & authorization concept for your area
- 2nd & 3rd Level Application support in area of responsibility
- Participate in international cross-functional project teams
- Support several non-SAP applications and add-ons
Qualifications
- University degree or comparable background, preferably in business administration or computer science,
- Very good SAP SuccessFactors knowledge in several modules
- Experience in SAP HCM ECC is a strong plus
- Practical experience in SAP implementations is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS office applications is required
- Excellent, pro-active communication as well as documentation habits
- Detail oriented, self-starter who can progress independently
- Excellent command of English and good working knowledge of German
- Mindset of process sustainability
