Job Description

We are looking for a SAP HCM Senior Consultant to join our team and provide expert HR IT consulting to our global clients. In this role, you will lead and coordinate activities within SAP HCM in a dynamic, global project involving multidisciplinary teams across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consulting to our HR clients on SAP HCM and related HR IT topics.
  • Globally coordinate activities in SAP HCM modules, including Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management (TM).
  • Collaborate with geographically distributed, multidisciplinary IT teams across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific regions.
  • Monitor support processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare KPI reports on support activities and ensure consistent performance tracking.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a SAP HCM Consultant with a strong focus on modules such as PA, PY, TM, OM, and Payroll Posting Process.
  • Experience working in a global environment, with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Previous experience managing or coordinating teams, including software developers and external service providers.

Know-how:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM (Organizational Management, Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Time Management).
  • Familiarity with ALE Interface is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate within the SAP HCM ecosystem.

Languages:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Style and Methods:

  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global project environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Experience with monitoring support processes and KPI reporting.
  • Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams and managing global coordination efforts.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration across departments.
