This role will be working with the Finance Systems & Design (FS&P) and Finance business teams focused on General Ledger (GL) and Record to Report for systems and solutions in SAP.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• The role requires working with financial users understanding the business requirements to implement system solutions in SAP (S4/Hana).

• It also requires support for finance teams from General Ledger, Record to Report to support correct accounting postings on General Ledger (GL) with Controlling definitions ( Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders (Statistical & Real with Settlement) and Segments).

• Monitoring system to ensure correct postings for General Ledgers and Controlling to support Accounting Legal/fFiscal books and working on recurrent issues.

• Support running team on escalation run tickets. 

• Co-create solutions with business users, as well as to recommend and perform improvements in order to improve performance.

• Design and participate in solutions applicable in internal or other systems (Integration with internal Systems).

• Apply the use of good design practices, design documentation, implementation and time management (delivery control).

Candidate Wishlist:

• Have complete higher education in Technology, Accounting, Business Administration or related companies or careers, master the Portuguese language and desire the Spanish language. 

• Have training at the SAP-FI Academy and desire knowledge with the three processes (GL/RTR & SAP Group Reporting) are prerequisites for this role.

• Have knowledge about the implementation New-GL and Balance Sheet Consolidation with data from multiple systems, Special Ledgers for IFRS/US GAAP processes in SAP (considering S4/HANA) and Group Currency Monthly Revaluation settings are prerequisites for this role.

• Desirable knowledge SAP system to identify issues based on transaction (like high level programs debugging) analysis to help it on Functional Specifications preparation.

• Have experience in project planning for initiatives (improvements) or projects, as well as use of tools (e.g. JIRA) for managing them.
