Job Description
Role to focuses on managing and ensuring compliance with Mexican electronic invoicing regulations using SAP's Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) module, which allows for the creation, processing, and monitoring of electronic invoices that adhere to the specific XML format (CFDI) mandated by the Mexican tax authority (SAT) - essentially, this position is responsible for setting up and maintaining the system to generate compliant electronic invoices in Mexico through SAP, adhering to all legal requirements and data formatting standards
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Mexican tax regulations, particularly related to CFDI e-invoicing.
- Expertise in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) module and its configuration for e-invoicing
- Configure SAP to generate compliant CFDI XML invoices based on sales orders and other relevant data within the system and addenda configurations
- Knowledge of XML data structure and validation
- Familiarity with SAP sales and billing processes
- PAC integration and Data maping
- Ability to work with PAC providers and manage the integration process
