As an SAP Logistics Specialist within our SAP Center of Practices (COP) team, your primary focus will be on optimizing warehouse and transportation operations to support our Supply Chain and Logistic processes.
How you will contribute
- Leading the implementation and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management and Transportation Management solutions to support regional and global warehouse operations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and safeguard that the design solutions, and configuration of EWM and TMS functionalities to meet business needs and best practices.
- Providing input on sales, logistics, and commercial controls related to warehouse operations.
- Managing requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments related to EWM projects.
- Identifying opportunities to leverage EWM capabilities to drive efficiency and cost savings in warehouse operations.
- Ensuring that EWM support service level objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.
What you will bring
We are seeking candidates with a desire to drive their future and accelerate their careers. You should bring experience and knowledge in the following areas:
- Good overview knowledge of SAP ERP modules and architecture, particularly in ECC and S/4HANA.
- Expert knowledge in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TMS) module.
- Understanding of integration points between EWM, Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution, and other relevant SAP modules.
- Hands-on experience with ECC and S/4 in EWM application and configuration.
- Experience in managing large-scale EWM implementations and warehouse operations.
- Program/Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules, and quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively.
- Fluency in English is a must, both conversational and effective communication.
Additional Information:
- 8-15 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules.
- At least two full SAP implementation cycles, with at least one of them being in S4 HANA version.
- Experience in collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into EWM and TMS solutions.
- Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in warehouse operations.
- Education/Certifications: SAP EWM certifications, SAP latest solutions and technologies; AGILE; ITIL; PM, and other relevant certifications.
- Travel requirements: 30 - 60%
