Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.
HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

Job Description
1. Ensure KTBR (Keep the Business Running) & Operation Excellence for in-charge SAP module(s)
- Ensure effective troubleshooting to resume normal operation ASAP and within SLA (Service level agreement)
- Perform quality service covering service request fulfillment, technical consultancy, incident & problem management, change management, continuous improvement project (CIP), IT compliance, emergency concept, customer satisfaction, etc.
2. SAP Project Management & Participant
- Roll-out central projects for in charge SAP modules (includes upgrade, integration, transfer, removal of processes in responsible areas, data migration, perform integration test, user acceptance test, documentation, user training, etc.)
- Ensure quality project deliveries in term of SoW, progress against schedule and within resource allocation (time, budget, capacity, etc.)
3. Ensure CIP - Continuous Improvement for in charge services
- Continuous review operation, SAP process health-check for assigned plants, closely partner with stakeholders for improvement opportunities (cost reduction, efficiency, automation etc.)
- Develop and implement CIP solutions for standardization & optimization
- Validate and support PIA (Process Improvement Activities)
4. Knowledge Management
- Training: Perform quality knowledge transfer towards end users, key users, proxy or at assignment to enable services, secure operation, sustain/ improve service quality
- Learning: knows BBM standard processes (PID) and details of functionalities, able to understand business requirements and identify deviations; continuously develop knowledge on responsible areas or where organization has demand to perform effective services
Qualifications
1. Education
-
Bachelor degree in Economics or Information Technology

SAP CO Certificate is a plus
2. Work experience
-
3 - 5 years experience in SAP CO module and Controlling processes: OPC (Overhead Cost Planning & Controlling), PPC (Product Cost Planning & Controlling), RPC (Result Planning & Controlling)

Experience in SAP ECC6. Knowledge in S/4HANA is a strong plus

Integration between SAP CO module with others: FI, PP, SD, MM, PM

Experience with SAP background job scheduling

Know-how to use Power BI Dashboards is a strong plus

Experience in rolling-out or implementation full-cycle SAP project is preferred
