Job Description

The SAP Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex SAP and EDI projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing projects, a deep understanding of SAP Business One and EDI transactions, working knowledge of SQL reporting and Crystal Reports and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP and EDI continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion.

• Ensure projects meet all requirements, timelines, and budget constraints

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Procurement and Operations stakeholders, and vendors.

• Communicate effectively with internal customers, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Business One modules and processes. 

• Oversee EDI transactions in SAP to ensure proper operation and data accuracy.

• Prepare ad-hoc SQL reports as required

• Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP and EDI technologies and trends

• Provide SAP training to internal users as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP Business One implementations

• Strong understanding of SAP Business One Financials, Oracle, Order-to-Cash and Procure-To-Pay processes. 

• Working knowledge of SQL reporting and Crystal Reports.

• Familiarity with EDI Transactions.

• Familiarity with IT Costing and Budgeting Project Management, Managed Services, Performance Management, Metrics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
