Job Description
The SAP Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex SAP and EDI projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing projects, a deep understanding of SAP Business One and EDI transactions, working knowledge of SQL reporting and Crystal Reports and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP and EDI continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion.

Ensure projects meet all requirements, timelines, and budget constraints

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Procurement and Operations stakeholders, and vendors.

Communicate effectively with internal customers, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Business One modules and processes.

Oversee EDI transactions in SAP to ensure proper operation and data accuracy.

Prepare ad-hoc SQL reports as required

Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP and EDI technologies and trends

Provide SAP training to internal users as needed
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP Business One implementations
-
Strong understanding of SAP Business One Financials, Oracle, Order-to-Cash and Procure-To-Pay processes.

Working knowledge of SQL reporting and Crystal Reports.

Familiarity with EDI Transactions.

Familiarity with IT Costing and Budgeting Project Management, Managed Services, Performance Management, Metrics.
