As the Senior Salesforce Solutions Manager, you will support the sales team by providing strategic guidance and technical support that ultimately increase our sales effectiveness and efficiency. You will be an expert in Salesforce and other related systems, having multiple certifications in that field, and will understand sales processes, data, and advanced reporting. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

For External Candidates:

Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Berwyn, PA

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Work with Sales management to understand key sales priorities and challenges and uses those requirements to design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce processes and workflows to improve user efficiencies and resolve inefficiencies

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for the sales team

  • Train and support sales team members on Salesforce best practices and new features

  • Directly manages outside consultants, such as Salesforce Developers, as needed or required for specific projects

  • Identify new or existing applications in Salesforce’s App Exchange to ensure best integration is achieved

  • Present ideas to business unit leaders and manage the implementation project on all new applications

  • Work with Orion marketing team and Sales management to develop, build out and execute campaigns to prospective and existing clients

  • Gain full understanding of all new application functionality to include the creation of application requirement documents and defining end user requirements, functional specifications and deliverables

  • Champion data integrity and governance

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Manage and optimize the Salesloft integration to enhance sales engagement and productivity

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of sales automation tools and technologies

  • Monitor pipeline health and proactively bring insights to the sales team to improve sales performance

  • Support the creation of a forecasting tool and process to improve the predictability of the business.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal Orion operational processes and systems

  • Work closely with product, operations, and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to internal systems and reporting

  • Research and work with BI team to address discrepancies in Microsoft BI reports, ensuring accurate and reliable data

We’re looking for talent who:

  • Possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM and required Salesforce certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator

  • Preferably has Certified Advanced Salesforce Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

  • Has a minimum of a Bachelors Degree or equivalent

  • Has a minimum of 5 years experience in related field

  • Obtains Orion Industry Certification

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:

$90,784.00 - $140,617.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
