Who you are.
The Salesforce Solutions Architect will serve as a subject matter expert within Active Digital’s Salesforce practice. This individual will partner with client stakeholders and executives to convert client business needs into technical vision and road mapping opportunities. This position will work with technical leaders within the client’s organization to identify how to configure Salesforce in order to make the most impact on their customers. The Salesforce Solutions Architect will serve as a technical lead on Salesforce projects as well as participate in pre-sales opportunities in partnership with project managers, business analysts and software developers. This role requires a strong, executive-level communication skills while being able to navigate stakeholder conversations in order to provide the most effective technical solution to address business needs and improve customer connections.
We are looking for someone to do the following:
- Expand Active’s Digital Product and Salesforce development delivery capabilities directly with Clients.
- Improve our ability to engage in pre-sales opportunities that directly require deep Salesforce development expertise.
- Influence Active’s frameworks and approach to Digital Product delivery (as a contributor to Delivery EVP’s overall strategy) and will have the opportunity to drive personal/Active brand awareness through thought leadership.
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience progressing in technical leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience serving as a Solution Architect on Salesforce technologies
- 3+ years of experience in an external client facing role
- Continuously pursues education which contributes to the application, and/or system architecture, Salesforce path
- Proven experience working with APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework and/or SQL
- Previous experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional Certifications a plus (Salesforce Data Architect certification, Salesforce Integration Architect certification, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification, Salesforce Pardot Consultant certification, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification)
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Certifications to prove expertise in languages and/or software methodologies
